Perfect to families and playful adults!

At the back of the house we have an own playground with sandpit, climbing frame, swings, playhouse and a lot more fun.

Some of our ground flats are near to the playground and from the dinning-room and the veranda you can watch over the children. You can see Vena’s own boules track and an outdoor table of table tennis from here too. Both these sports can bring the adults interesting. In the reception you can cheaply rent both boules balls and table tennis bats.  

Close to the school there is a tennis court. We help you to book a time for you, but your have to take own outfit with you.

There are possibilities of crayfishing and other fishing in the neighbourhood. Contact us before your arrival so we can arrange your fishing adventure.

Vena is between two public bathing places, only 5 minutes by car.

The bathe of Kristineberg by the lake Gnöttlern is very shallow and child-friendly. New this year is that the tourist-train, the narrow-gauge railway between Västervik and Hultsfred, has got an own halt by the bathe. Take the train to the bathe, have your picnic basket with you. By the train you are comfortably back in Vena in the afternoon.

If you take the other way, eastwards, passing Främsteby, you’ll find another nice and a little smaller bathe place by the lake Ver, with bridge and barbecue place.
